Vineyard Retreat
Addition & Remodel

The Vineyard Retreat Addition & Remodel transformed this home with more space, better flow, and an entirely new primary suite.

We opened up the existing kitchen and added a large island, then extended the former dining area to create a spacious new living room addition designed to take advantage of the home’s beautiful setting.

A second addition created a new primary bedroom, while the former bedroom was reconfigured into a private bathroom and walk-in closet—turning the area into a complete primary suite.

The remodel also included new flooring throughout the home, a new deck, and a covered front entry, tying the existing home and new additions together.

This project is a great example of how a thoughtfully planned addition and reconfiguration can completely change the way an existing home looks, feels, and functions.
