This entire neighborhood is being rebuilt after the Almeda Fire in 2020. This 2236 square foot 3 bedroom, 2 bath with huge bonus room will have RV parking with water and sewer hookups. ~ this project is completed and sold

Hidden Hills - Building 3 New Homes - 2950 Tiffany Street in Medford!
This is such a fun project! We are building 3 brand new homes in the new Hidden Hills Subdivision off Delta Waters, on Tiffany Street! Cedar Links - Major Additions & Upgrade!
This stunning 2,859 sq ft home on Cedar Links in Medford will feature 4 bedrooms and 3 baths, including a vaulted great room, separate family room, and a double-deep kitchen island with quartz counters. The master suite is a showstopper — complete with a lighted tray ceiling, heated bathroom floors, glass rain shower, stand-alone tub, and huge walk-in closet. B Street ADU, Phoenix, OR
We're very excited for this unusual project in Phoenix! This small 2-story ADU will serve to house the client's daughter and her family, who was displaced during the Almeda Fire in 2020. We worked around some very restrictive set-backs and hill side requirements to design and build this 2-story dwelling.
Jacksonville, Oregon - Remodel
It was time to bring this mid-century house located in Jacksonville, into the modern age! We've added on a spa-like master bath and will be performing a full-house remodel on the interior.

SOLD! This beautiful 2476 square foot craftsman inspired home will have 4 bedrooms and 3 baths, including 2 master bedrooms, a nice foyer, huge island, and fabulous back patio with large back yard! This home was on the market for an incredible 9 days!
