Hidden Hills - Building 3 New Homes
This entire neighborhood is being rebuilt after the Almeda Fire in 2020. This 2236 square foot 3 bedroom, 2 bath with huge bonus room will have RV parking with water and sewer hookups. ~ this project is completed and sold

We are currently working on several projects- some big, some small, some 'glamourous', some not-so-much. Here are some pictures and information about our most favorite projects we're currently working on or have recently completed!
500 & 502 DeBarr - 2 Homes, 1 Lot
This project on DeBarr has been a fun one! We are taking advantage of Oregon's new HB2001 middle housing bill and building two homes on one lot. This a great option for multi generational families, or someone who wants to own a home and off-set that mortgage with the rent of the other residence! The front home is a cute barn-style that has been fully renovated with 3 bedrooms and 1 bath. The rear home is scheduled to be complete November 2024 and will be a 1200 square foot 3 bedroom 2 bath~
Hidden Hills - Building 3 New Homes - 2950 Tiffany Street in Medford!
This is such a fun project! We are building 3 brand new homes in the new Hidden Hills Subdivision off Delta Waters, on Tiffany Street! We broke ground on all 3 homes July 2023 and have completed and sold all 3! B Street ADU, Phoenix, OR
We're very excited for this unusual project in Phoenix! This small 2-story ADU will serve to house the client's daughter and her family, who was displaced during the Almeda Fire in 2020. We worked around some very restrictive set-backs and hill side requirements to design and build this 2-story dwelling.
