Hidden Hills - Building 3 New Homes
This entire neighborhood is being rebuilt after the Almeda Fire in 2020. This 2236 square foot 3 bedroom, 2 bath with huge bonus room will have RV parking with water and sewer hookups. ~ this project is completed and sold

Hidden Hills - Building 3 New Homes - 2950 Tiffany Street in Medford!
This is such a fun project! We are building 3 brand new homes in the new Hidden Hills Subdivision off Delta Waters, on Tiffany Street! We broke ground on all 3 homes July 2023 and have completed 1 - 2950 shown below, with another close behind, and the third to be completed spring 2024! These homes are available to be presold (and customized) by interested parties! If you would like information, please contact us!
B Street ADU, Phoenix, OR
We're very excited for this unusual project in Phoenix! This small 2-story ADU will serve to house the client's daughter and her family, who was displaced during the Almeda Fire in 2020. We worked around some very restrictive set-backs and hill side requirements to design and begin building this 2-story dwelling.

Jacksonville, Oregon - Remodel
Completed 9/2023! Its time to bring this mid-century house into the modern age! We've added on a spa-like master bath and will be performing a full-house remodel on the interior.
Caldera Drive, Medford Oregon
SOLD! This beautiful 2476 square foot craftsman inspired home will have 4 bedrooms and 3 baths, including 2 master bedrooms, a nice foyer, huge island, and fabulous back patio with large back yard! This project is tentatively scheduled to be completed April '23. This home was on the market for an incredible 9 days!
